Return & exchange policy ::
Returns
and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days
of receipt for items that have not worn, altered or washed and with all
tags attached.
Please note we do not refund shipping and handling charges on returns
or exchanges.
We don’t pay for return shipping so you may use any carrier you
wish.
We suggest that you track and insure your package as we are not responsible
for lost or damaged returned packages.

Once your package has been received at ZETO, your refund will be processed
in the original form of payment within 3 to 5 business days. you will
notified via e-mail to the address listed on your account when this transaction
has taken place.
please note that your banking institution may require additional days
to process and post the transaction to your account once they have received
the information from us.
